Cimarron Golf Resort Tee Time Policy Tee Time & Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required to reserve all tee times. Failure to show or cancel within the facility’s cancellation window of 24 hours may result in a charge for the full amount of the reserved tee time. No-shows will be charged to the card on file. Golf Cart Policy The golf cart is leased from Cimarron Golf Resort and is provided in good condition. The renter agrees to be responsible for any damages incurred while in possession of the cart. Cimarron Golf Resort assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use of the golf cart. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart. Players are responsible for the specific cart number assigned to them at check-in. Personal Property Cimarron Golf Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items while on property.
